How does the teeth whitening kit work?

Simply apply a thin gel layer, insert the light, and tap once for Blue Light Mode (the built-in timer will auto shut-off). Tap twice for Gentle Care Mode, which adds red light to provide a soothing experience for sensitive teeth.

How do I charge the device properly?

Supports USB-A to USB-C charging cables only. If it won’t charge, please use the included cable. A flashing blue light means charging. Always keep the ports dry and clean to prevent oxidation.

What types of stains can this kit whiten?

This product is designed for surface stains caused by coffee, tea, colored foods, or smoking. Won’t work on intrinsic discoloration from genetics, aging, or illness. Does not whiten artificial materials like veneers, crowns, or dentures.

How long does it take to see results?

Our gentle gel minimizes irritation for gradual whitening. Most users see visible stain reduction and initial shade improvement within 7-14 days. Individual results may vary based on tooth conditions.

How often should I use it?

Gentle 6% gel won’t damage enamel. However, we recommend using it consecutively for no more than 14 days. Beginners should start every other day to build tolerance, then increase. Once at your desired shade, use 2-3 times a week for upkeep.
